This community is great, Raquel and her manager are the best they have been very welcoming in accommodating every request we had, I can really see this place shine under their supervision. The maintenance team is prompt on every request. I would highly recommend this place and definitely suggest checking out this community if you are looking to rent a place in this area.

Few suggestions:
- The equipment in the gym in the community center might use an upgrade.

This is definitely a 5 star community because of the staff and the people.

The office staff are courteous, friendly and very helpful during the application process. They made it so easy to choose Briargrove at Vail. This place is full of awesome amenities. It's quite, peaceful and the grounds are magnificently kept. What a great place to call home.

I was looking to lease a new apartment and happened to come across Briargrove. I am so glad I did. I had toured at least 15 communities before coming to Briargrove At Vail.

From the time I walked in to do an inquiry on available apartments to the time I applied for the apartment, Dianna has been nothing short of amazing! She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond and the reason I atook time to write a stellar review.

I viewed 2 apartment styles in the community. I fell in love with the overall community but the first space was a bit small. Dianna listened carefully to my concerns and reached out to me to advise of other options that would work and fit all my needs. I completed the application the next day.

I am super excited to be moving into this apartment community! I hope all of the owners of the management company read this and provide some sort of kudos as well as a bonus for Dianna. She is superb and truly deserving of it.

Very helpful stuff! Miss Raquel is a patient leasing agent . The grounds are always clean. I would definitely recommend renting from this property. I would say maintenance does take a little bit of time to get your work order done. But they do get it done. Thank you for making my living experience comfortable.

I have read most of the reviews. Though i respect everyone opinion, many of them tend to be more personal than general issues. Yes the complex is near Addison airport so if you choose to live here, you should expect planes flying over several times a day, but honestly, it's not as bad as some people described it to be. The complex is kept very clean. Parking can be a bit rough, but if you don't mind walking a bit, you still can find a parking spot. The gate is always closed so you feel secured. The area is pretty quiet. There is a park down the street where you can jogg or ride your bike. I once placed a work order and 2 maintenance gentlemen showed up a couple of hours later. I have given bad reviews to other apartments before but honestly, I'm pleased with what i see so far.
