(April 21, 2022, 7:46 pm)The manager is very nice and attentive, we’re the only rental property and we’re so fortunate to have this place. The neighborhood is nice and quite. We feel safe here with our kids and pets. Very clean and maintained.

(January 16, 2019, 5:45 pm)Silver State is a charming little mobile home park just off Highway 50 that rents space to people who own their own mobile homes. The rent generally includes things like water, sewer, and garbage collection, and the park takes care of snow removal in the winter.
