(May 27, 2022, 1:57 pm)I had some suspension work done and a replacement trailer plug installed. Made an appointment and Kent was ready to go when we got there! Estimated about 2.5 hours but ended up just short of 2 hours. Everything appeared to be working properly when we left to go back to our RV in South Lake Tahoe. The next day, when we hooked up our RV, we noticed that the right turn and brake light was not operational on the RV. A quick call to them and we pulled the RV to their store where everything was sorted out quickly. They even found a blown fuse in the trailer braking system and replaced that at no extra charge! Kent and Wes are stars! If you have need for truck accessories or a new RV, be sure to visit them first!
(September 13, 2021, 7:35 pm)Love these guys.. They gave me a great price on a brand new Leer camper shell. It was a very quick install, with professional service and a great friendly staff. I will be going here again soon. They were easy to deal with, responsive and they 100% will be my new truck accessories store going forward. Thanks gents, I appreciate the quick turnaround, fast install and prompt communication. Thanks especially to Mitch and Bill! I don't know the install techs names or I would call them out as well.
They are pretty busy here so be patient if they put you on hold on the phone. They had multiple customers in store and 3 plus customers on hold on the phone as well. Just know that they are not ignoring you, they just are that busy. With the service I received from them and the great prices offered it is no wonder they are so busy and is well worth the wait.
I went to another camper shell place Saturday to look at a couple of shells that were on consignment. Both were on the high end of the used shell pricing and were the wrong color. When I told the owner of that show how much I was quoted for the shell I purchased he told me what a great deal that was. That sealed the deal for me. This was the price they gave me and not a price that was lowered because of haggling.
Long story short, if you are nearby, stop in and see them. Great prices (per their competitor) great prompt service and a friendly staff that strives to help.
