(June 14, 2022, 12:55 pm)Jeff has excellent customer service! He even offered to come pick up my jet ski from Vegas! I have an older stand up that no one was willing to work on however, Jeff offered to help. He even let me come by the shop before it even opened to help me! Once I got there he fixed it right there on the spot, once he was done he said no charge and to go out and have a good time! He made my day and was super generous for not charging me labor, great guy! Check him out!
(April 25, 2022, 6:36 pm)Great service. Owner came out personally and introduced himself. He led us to the best shop to pick up what we needed. We returned and he installed the parts in under 10 minutes. Great guy. Personal touch. We’re out on the lake now.
(April 25, 2022, 6:36 pm)I have never had better service than what they just provided. My boat would not start and so we stopped by unannounced. He gave great advice, fixed the battery situation, charged me zero, and when I asked what I could do he said he just believes in paying it forward. So I will definitely be back here for all service going forward.
(September 22, 2021, 1:32 am)The shop that serviced my boat left the battery switch on, which I discovered at the boat launch prep lane at Lake Mead marina. I towed boat and trailer to Jeff at Diamond Marine Service, where he charged the batteries and started the engine to make certain all was okay for free! To do this required moving the trailer about 30 yards to the garage bay then back to my truck. This level of service is above and beyond in my experience, and I will definitely return for the next scheduled or emergency service. Thank you, Jeff!
(August 23, 2021, 3:43 pm)I couldn't be happier with their work! The customer service was outstanding! Jeff and Spencer were able to diagnose my issue and have me out on the water the next day! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I will definitely be coming back again for any services needed on my boat.
