I haven't been to Tribe for awhile so I can only share my previous experiences.
Place is clean, location is close to my home, instructors are extremely friendly and helpful & owner/manager truly cares. I particularly like yoga as it helps curb my lower back (herniated L4 & L5) & right leg (sciatic nerve) pains among other things. Anyway, try them, I'm sure you'll be back.
I can't say enough about this gem of a studio. They offer a great range of classes for the body and mind. Added benefit is the proximiety to my home. The staff is very knowledgeable. The studio is kept meticulously clean.
Tribe studio is a warm, welcoming and has great energy i side the studio. I have attended 3 different events here. A drum meditation held by the owner Amy. She did a great job and is a very nice person. I attended a meditation with Svetlana and Don. That was a great event. Last but not least I attended a Crystal grid building workshop with Svetlana and Tyler. Also a really fun event.
Tribe offers something for everyone. Go have enjoy yourself.
