(March 7, 2019, 12:07 am)Good customer service. They are the only ones I trust with my Lincoln mkz, I've tried the mom and pos shops before and ended up having to get a new car. So now I stick with my dealership, it's worth the piece of mind and they take care of their customers.

Most important was the professionalism displayed by the whole Findlay team. They went above and beyond in satisfying my needs and at a very competitive price. It was a lengthy but truly an enjoyable experience. I can highly recommend Findlay to anyone looking for fair and caring dealership.

(December 16, 2018, 11:16 am)My experience was excellent. My interaction with Alan (sales person) and Jeff (sales manager) is what I expected from a Lincoln dealer. Very professional and honest. I bought the car site unseen and relied on their descriptions. They were honest and accurate.
My only issue was the car did not have all the cargo items listed on the MSRP. I would definitely return for a future Lincoln purchase.
