“Went in feeling already frustrated from my day. I just came from a horrible experience from St. Rose's ER and in horrible pain. The moment I walked in the Front Office, I instantly felt more relaxed than I had. The waiting room was immaculately clean and was very calming. I was greeted by a very friendly staff who helped me check in with a breeze. The wait in the waiting room wasn't bad but I did have a considerable wait when I got to the back. My attending physician made it all worth it. She made me feel like she really cared & listened to what was going on with me. She was apologetic about my wait time and treated me as a person not just another number. I'm very grateful for CareNow Green Valley & its wonderful staff. Thank you!”
