“Excellent customer service from beginning to end! Literally, I needed directions on how to access the entry, and the gentleman, (I believe his name was Norman?) took time to show me exactly where I needed to go. (Signage would’ve been helpful, but he was better than a sign!). Then the guys who vacuumed were friendly and did an excellent job getting all of the fur out of my Jeeps’ carpet, (I have 2 large dogs, so there was a lot of fur!!) The gentleman who took my order was helpful, and friendly & took time explaining the variations in their menu. The 2 women in the convenience store were both very friendly, kind and helpful! Then the same gentleman who helped me at the beginning with on entry directions, was actually the same person who did the customizations on my Jeep, and he was absolutely fantastic! He did such a thorough job it was as if he was polishing his own car! I just moved back to Vegas, and THIS specific location will be where I will continue to ALWAYS get my car washed and use their gas station & convenience store!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“I have to say first that every business has good and bad employees making each visit different. I have had a 99.9% excellent experience here. The NP Selena is amazing, down to earth and will take time to listen to you. I absolutely adore her, she is hard working and you can tell she cares about her patients. The Medical assistant I believe her name is Isadora or Ivana is the kindest, nicest most patient person on the planet . I have only had 1 bad experience and that's when a new med assistant saw me and set up my appointments for the following month and somehow deleted them at the same time. So there's that and if that's the worst experience I'd say this is a pretty great place. Its clean, they have hand sanitizer at the front counter and pens for use labeled clean and used. Overall id highly recommended family doctors of green valley.”

“VERY SAFE, fast, professional, and convenient. This place gave the best oil change experience I've ever had. Safety protocols were in place, and everything was done right in front of me with an explanation. They charge more than many places, but because of how it's done, I felt it was worth the premium. You may dislike this right now because you have to wait in the car, and it's summer time. Still, the whole thing took less than 15 minutes, from pulling up to driving off.”
