Ozzy made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Ozzy’s knowledge of the market and strategic planning helped us reach our goals on both the selling and buying side. He made himself available to us by phone, video conference or text to answer any questions we had. He also made personal YouTube videos to give a detailed breakdowns that we were able to view when it was best for us. Ozzy’s assistant John was very helpful with keeping up with deadlines and scheduling which was key for the smooth transition from selling into buying. Ozzy’s buyer specialist Victor was very knowledgeable of the market and provided a lot of great insight. When it came to looking for properties Victor and John were on top of scheduling viewings in most cases the same day. Victor was very patient and accommodating to our busy schedule throughout the whole process. The home that we ended up purchasing wasn’t even on our radar until Victor suggested it to us.
