(July 17, 2020, 12:34 pm)Dr. Debbie is the best...She makes everyone feel special. I've been doing yoga over 20 years and I know it has helped me. There are day classes and night classes.
(December 12, 2019, 2:59 pm)This is a wonderful Yoga Studio!! Taught by Dr. Debbie who's an expert on how our bodies work and what we need to do to be active and healthy for a long, long time! Classes are very affordable and she offers morning and evening classes every week!! She truly loves what she does and cares about every one of her students!!

is an accredited Naturopath who has developed & teaches a Safe, Effective & Gentle Yoga for those over 55 years of age. Body, Mind, Spirit are key elements in her practice. We have a great time in all of her different classes!

(November 28, 2019, 10:12 pm)Been going to yoga at Self Quest for 20 years. I feel so good, my balance is excellent and all the meditations have kept my mind clear. The classes are wonderful and the people that attend are so friendly and helpful. Hope you will come and try a class and you will feel good about yourself physically and mentally.
