The atmosphere and family nature of the program and studio have opened my children's eyes to how martial arts impacts more than just self defense. My whole family (myself, three daughters, and wife) now attends the school and we always enjoy whatever the day throws at us. I would recommend this school to anyone who values self defense and family.

The instructors are friendly and dedicated and it shows in their work. Coming in and watching one of the kids classes it doesn't take long to see that the kids are having fun and being engaged as well as gaining amazing experience that will last through their lifetime.
