Absolutely love my psychiatrist. Her name is Katie Ralston and she actually listens to your needs and helps you figure out the right path to get you feeling better. I have been seeing her for the past 3-4 months and I can’t recommend her enough. I absolutely love who she is and how she handle my mental health so delicately.

I don’t understand why there are many bad reviews…I understand that patient want to get better with their mental illness. It just takes time and patience’s. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t like doctors because A LOT don’t have bedside manners. They just want you in and out then take your money. However, I saw Olivia Huntzinger while I was pregnant. She knew I had depression issues, but at the time the father didn’t agree to such medications. After I was done giving birth to my daughter. I wasn’t the same anymore. So, I contact focus mental health again to set up an appointment. My case was severe that I saw her every 2 weeks because I am very sensitive to medications. After 3 years of trying different medications. She got it the right medication and finally answers to my diagnosis. Now, I see her once a month. She listened to me and sent out the documents I needed for work and my ESA paperwork to my apartments. She replies quickly on the message board in Healthlow. When I lost my job. She took the time to listen. When I cried. She let me. Even after losing my job. We came up with a game plan, so I wouldn’t stop taking my medication. My daughter likes to pop in our televisits to say hello or wave to Olivia. She is so nice to my daughter. I highly, highly recommend Olivia Huntzinger. I tell everyone in my life she is the best psychiatrist! One of the best doctors I have dealt with in my life! The staff is really friendly too and if they miss your call. They actually call back within 24 hours to make sure you are taken care of. I accidentally missed one of my appointments. The staff didn’t look down upon me. I told them it was my fault not theirs and gladly pay the late fee. Working in the health industry is a tough business; especially, during Covid.
