  Just moved my mother in. Very nice condo and the grounds are great. Quiet and peaceful with a view of the valley. I can’t see why anyone would not like the community. Time will tell. Thinking about buying one if someone needs to sell.

  I looked at a one bedroom about a year ago. I sure do wish that I would have taken that condo. Super amenities.

  Owned for five years. Safe, gated, friendly, clean, nice landscaping, clean pool and just far enough away from the Vegas fray. Built on the bottom of black mountain so it gives it a very picturest setting that feels uncluttered.
