We visited about 6 different spa stores. We found Sunset to be the best. Very informative and helpful. We also like the construction of the spa itself to be excellent. Delivery went smoothly. Followup was great. Every time we had a question it was answered in a timely fashion. We couldn't be happier with our choice.
(February 28, 2019, 3:20 pm)Great place to buy a spa. Got our swim-spa form Sunset Spas in early 2018. Excellent customer service, including the owner of the company returning a call personally to help me correct the wiring of the spa after installation. These guys are friendly and just awesome to us every time we come in to ask questions or get new chemicals for the spa. Hard to find service like this nowadays!
