  I have driven the same pre-owned Audi A4 for a few years now, so I have been to this dealership more than a few times for regular maintenance. Today, though, they went above and beyond. I had two electronics lights go on last night and my car barely made it home after work. Then it barely made it to the dealership this morning. I showed up at 7:20AM on a Saturday thinking they were open, but found out they didn't open until 8AM. Nevertheless, they let me in, took my keys and started looking into my problem. They directed me to the lounge and the Starbucks machine and made me comfortable. I have a major engine problem, so my car is going to be out of service for a week. They had me taken care of, in a loaner (a 2019 A4!) and out the door before 8AM! These guys are the best. They are always friendly and always helpful. I will never drive anything but an Audi again because the service is so amazing!

  This was the easiest car-buying experience! And the fastest, no sitting around endlessly, Joe made it all a really pleasurable experience. He is so personable and a real asset to the business. As a returning customer, I find once again that Audi Henderson is on top of their game.

  5 stars for sure!! I absolutely loved every bit of my experience here! Jared was awesome from start to finish and made my car buying experience a breeze! He went above-and-beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super friendly and I never felt pressured. A big thank you to Jared and the team at Audi of Henderson for my dream car!

  First of all let me tell you how friendly, welcoming and professional my experience was! For once I walked into a dealership without feeling judged and no one jumped on me for an opportunity to sell a car. I was very fortunate to get to work with Izzy Abdul
  Audi Brand Specialist. He was incredible and such a kind caring person. It isn’t everyday that a salesperson will hear out your situation and go the extra mile to make something work. He under promised and over delivered. He was honest with me every step of the way and did everything he could to get me into one of my dream cars. I never thought with my credit history and my age that I would be able to drive away with a beautiful brand new luxury car. Audi as a brand really cares about their customers and after my lease is over I will for sure be trading it in for another Audi. This brand and their specialists are so educated and so helpful when it comes to figuring out what will work best for you. I can’t thank Izzy enough for what he did for me. On top of that their finance department really explains things well and makes sure they answer every question you have. I truly have nothing negative to say about my experience at Audi Henderson. I’ll be back and I’ll be bringing in anyone looking to get a new car.
