(October 6, 2022, 10:33 am)Their repair work is impeccable! My vehicle went in with a lot of front passenger damage. They bought all OEM parts and the paint matched seamlessly. The office and work station is clean and organized. The communication was great and updates were frequent throughout the process. I would give them 10 stars if possible and will refer them to my friends, family, and people I meet.
(May 14, 2022, 2:25 pm)Any time I need an auto body repair, I am 100% going to go see Carlos and Fernando at American Central Collision Center! They conduct themselves in a professional manner, and got my car looking brand new. They went above and beyond...Fernando put some paint protector on all 4 doors of the car, and also cleaned the whole interior, making it look brand new. The repair on the bumper was perfect too...the car looked brand new. The whole process was easy and quick, and I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you Carlos, Fernando, and Caesar too!

After making 5 other phone calls to other shops who are either only interested in doing insurance work or having to make an appointment for several weeks out for just an estimate. I called here. They gladly had us come in right away to look at our truck and gave us an estimate and appointment to bring the vehicle in the following week. They did a awesome job and had the vehicle back to us as promised the following week. They never left the truck out in their lot the whole time they had it and took the care they promised they would. I like the fact they the money we spent stays here in Henderson to support local business. I would highly recommend American Central Collision Center to anyone for the best work and overall service from the Crew.
(April 13, 2022, 8:39 pm)I wanted to say thanks to the talented professionals that they assembled. They had my 2020 Tiquan fixed and in my hands when I had hoped they would. No rush, I just wanted it looking great again. Honesty is something that you need as a business, they did what said they would. I also feel they went out of their way. Every single employee I dealt with was respectful and proud of the work they do. Highly recommend.
(March 19, 2022, 11:04 am)I was finally able to pick my truck up after 6 weeks of waiting to have it fixed. Although it took so long, the service I received was great. I not once felt like I was being mislead or taken advantage of as a woman needing this service. They are very patient and polite and would recommend anyone use American Central Collision Center! They cleaned my car inside and out when I picked it and I just felt like my truck was really taken care of. Which I needed. I’d trust them with any car I own.
