(April 24, 2023, 7:54 am)The tech, Anthony, was great. Very professional. No problems; however, the issue I experienced was with lady scheduling my service. I received a text today stating, "Thank you for confirming your service from 2:00 - 6:00 pm." First off, I never confirmed it. Second, my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 - 12:00. I called and the lady (M) said that time is booked. You have 2:00 - 6:00. That was not the original time we had agreed upon the week prior. I would have NEVER agreed to that time, for it would not have fit to my schedule. She was not apologetic at all and did not try to resolve the issue. Luckily I was off, but had I not been... Upon concluding the call, still no apologies nor thank you or good bye. Very poor. The people that answer the phones paint the picture of your company.

He greeted me with a smile and was ready to assess and ultimately located the issue of our power outage. He had parts (breakers) readily available and successfully restored our power issues.
