(October 31, 2017, 11:33 am)Friendly staff, and most importantly very thorough imaging examinations. I went in for a mammogram and after several angled machine positions the technician was satisfied and permitted me to leave. While dressing , I decided to use the bathroom which was right down the hall. Afterward, when I was opening the bathroom door, my technician was standing diectly outside within a few feet waiting for me! ? She said she was not satisfied with two of the images taken, and after further review felt it was necessary to have them re-taken. She kindly demanded I follow her back into the imaging room. I feared that maybe something had been discovered. She was so apologetic but I honestly was grateful that this professional listened to her instinct and chose to be intensively thorough. ??? Kudos to this amazing staff member!! I can not remember her name at the moment but she had the most adorable Texan accent you have ever heard. A very pleasant, accommodating and kindhearted woman with passion for her patient and her profession! Loved my visit here.....
(June 28, 2017, 12:46 pm)Ouch, some bad reviews here.... not my experience at all. Most of the staff knows me by first name and asks about my family (I'm impressed by that because they have to have a ton of people come in). I moved to Powhatan and still find myself doing business at this location (my work is down the street).
(April 3, 2017, 8:56 pm)We always have a great experience at this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We love to see Karla at the window! She is amazing, so sweet, and always makes sure our boys get a lollipop.
