(May 20, 2023, 9:09 pm)We had an issue with a security light flashing on and off on our patio. We put in a maintenance request and it was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. And the maintenance technician was very friendly and courteous.
Our ceiling fan stopped working so I put in a maintenance request. Again, the maintenance technician was awesome and fixed it really fast
(May 8, 2023, 3:22 pm)I always try to request Rico, first because he has an excellent personality and cares immensely about his job. He comes in and gets right to the matter. He fixed everything perfectly like he always does. He’s clean and very neat as he works. Always extremely respectful and professional.
You can tell he really cares about his job.
As long as I have lived here, 3 years this month he has been the most professional and best maintenance individual the Aviator has had.
I hope you relay this to him. I will be going to Yelp later (which I hardly do) to write a commendation about him.

(April 29, 2023, 12:59 pm)I lived at the Aviator for 2 years. Overall, I had a great experience. The complex is new, only a couple years old. The units are beautiful with all brand new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The Vivint smart home package is great, and they include the Cox cable and Wifi. Considering all of the amenities, utilities and features included in the rent, it is worth it as far as apartment living goes. After the Covid pandemic “ended,” the rent did increase significantly, but I believe that was happening everywhere unfortunately. Other than the occasional noisy neighbor, which is a given in any apartment, I had no issues here. The property management and maintenance staff were responsive and friendly. Everything was convenient and I always felt safe.
(January 28, 2023, 6:41 pm)Rico is absolutely top notch!! He’s efficient, very informative, and doesn’t take any short cuts when he’s fulfilling my many maintenance requests. This particular time, I needed several things done. Rico came prepared, and knocked it out in no time. Kudos to him for being on top of things.
(June 4, 2020, 9:15 pm)The Aviator - Beautiful Buildings, Modern, spacious apartments. Smart Units with cameras and Temp and light controls, Flooring choices, Beautifully maintained grounds. Resort-like pool area. Location is perfect because St. Rose Pkwy is now basically the headquarters for the world. (Raiders!) The Management is very, very nice and professional. Amy is the GM and she is awesome. Lisa is the assistant manager and she is also incredible. The entire staff is very pleasant to deal with and an asset to the property.
