As a First Time Home Buyer I was nervous about the process, interest rate, monthly mortgage payment, down payment, closing costs, and obligations to follow. Right from the start, Cherry Creek Mortgage (Zach, Mark & Nina) helped ease my stress by answering all of my questions, explained everything in detail and provided option to fit my budget. Approximately a year ago I was interested in buying my first home and these guys went above and beyond to help guide me through the proper steps to get me where I needed to be to qualify.
