I love Dr. Ortega. She's extremely welcoming and friendly, as well as always concerning & caring about the patient. I was shocked to find she is the amazing kind of doc that remembers her patients. Knew me by face and name even after over a year without an appointment. For someone with an aversion to docs like I have, she is an amazing individual.
I generally hate going to the doctor's office, but Dr. Ortega is a great family doctor! She is exceptionally friendly and always hopeful; she makes each visit comfortable.
Like most offices, this place is always busy, so get there early to fill out paperwork and anything else they need before you see the doctor.
It's nice to know there's a doctor out there who genuinely cares about you and wants to help you in every way possible.
This was by far the best introductory visit I've ever had to a doctor's office, and I have seen more doctors than the average person. Dr. Ortega was fun, friendly, informative, and professional. She took time with me and listened not only to my medical history, but to my personal story, as well. It seems strange to say that I look forward to returning for a follow-up visit!
She had a medical student shadowing her, and he, too, was friendly and thorough. Dr. Ortega took time to teach him during my exam in a challenging and encouraging way. The staff was also friendly and fun, making this visit the best part of my day.
