These guys are quick, caring, professional and willing to have a human to human discussion regarding your situation. My car accident was (fortunately) not serious enough, I only suffered minor injuries, to merit their legal team's help, but I couldn't have been more appreciative of the fact that on my very first call, these guys were able to put me on the phone with an available personal injury lawyer who asked me a series of questions regarding my auto accident and even though we determined that he wouldn't be able to help me, he still stayed on the phone and continued to answer questions on how I could solve my medical and insurance issues on my own.
