Very helpful staff! Dolores in particular answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient. All my things came back safely from Las Vegas to Portland.

Everything went as expected. Customer service was very helpful when needing more time before our shippment was delivered as my family and I all came down with the flu. They were very kind and gracious to reschedule us for no extra charge. It gave us the time we needed to recover so we could unload our belongings. Great service. Thank you!
Everything done as expected. All household goods arrived undamaged. If you're up to the task of packing and loading yourself, this is the way to go. Saved several thousand dollars. We hired local movers to do the loading and unloading, and I would recommend doing that. They knew how to properly load and maximize space. Renting a truck and driving it yourself would have cost about the same, so why do that? Let the professionals do the driving.
