“The owner is amazing!!! When I first started going to Imperial Auto, he found something really wrong with my car (like I could have died if I got in an accident wrong). He told me that I couldn't leave with my car and he set up a rental. He paid for it too. He is the sweetest guy. I will always take my car here. The staff is thorough and polite. They are always willing to explain why they want to do things to your car. Safe place for women (and men) to go to not get ripped off. They have a AAA discount. Sometimes they have a long wait, but it is totally worth it. They'll drive you home or to work if you ask.”

“Master Tech Auto is the best automobile shop I have worked with in Las Vegas and I have been here over 50 years. It is family owned and operated. I have 8 cars including vintage Rolls Royce and modern cars. They do a great job on all of them. The cars are often fixed sooner then promised. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong they always take care of insuring a complete repair. They are by far less expensive than the dealerships and really stand by their work. They are a small shop with big expertise. I would especially recommend them if you have a classic car. They know their stuff.”

They really do tremendous work and actually returned my car in better condition than prior to the accident. I write very few reviews and my experience really has to stand out in a remarkably positive or remarkably negative way to take the time to post a review. This is of course the former. The Center Manager, Stan Evans is so knowledgeable and honest. He cares so much about making sure the job is done well and that the customer is satisfied. You can tell he likes his work and is passionate about what he does. The customer service I received was also impressive. Laura Garcia was my Service Advisor and she couldn't have been more helpful. She contacted me every day to update me on the progress of the repairs with a detailed explanation of exactly what was being done and was happy to answer any questions or concerns; a very kind, sweet young lady. I am truly thankful for the effort of everyone at Caliber Collision. The price was good, the people are great, and the work was done exceptionally well.”
