“I have been going to Perfect Smile Dental for years and love everyone! I came to Whitney Ranch and was not greeted by Laura. I also asked her a question and she never gave me eye contact or a response but the other gal near her took care of me. The others were very friendly. Word of advice, if you work at the front desk, you need to have better customer service. It’s not that hard to greet your patients. Other wise my experience was good.”

“I went to Dr. Hsu with terrible pain and a lot of cavities. She was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. In just a few weeks time she was able to help me get my oral health in a much better place. I've had an extraction and multiple cavities filled. She is very caring and gentle! She was also able to refer me to a great specialist for my root canal, which was also a great experience, or as great as a root canal could be. Haha. Overall I think she is an awesome dentist and full of compassion. She made sure I was out of pain as soon as possible. I highly recommend you go see her!”

I love that the dental hygienists and assistants give me great information/tips and are able to give me in-depth answers. Everyone here takes their time to answer my questions and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Song is skillful and confident. He knows exactly the course of treatment for me, and he works quickly and precisely. The office is clean and organized, and everyone seems to work efficiently. When I come to my appointments, I don’t have to wait long. Also, I appreciate the staff always having such a cheerful attitude. It sucks getting dental work, but the staff makes being in the office more enjoyable.”

“I have been taking my children to Dr Rapp for over 3yrs, he is the greatest!!! I like that he is conservative and didn't immediately try to put braces on my oldest, he explained to my husband and I that my son wasn't emotionally ready for braces and we had time. I see lots of 8 yr old's with braces and I truly feel that it's a money scan to do that so early. His waiting has allowed time to truly see what my son's teeth are going to do! He is awesome with really great hygienist, you will not be sad if you go to him, he's patient and talk to the kids like they are kids. I recently had to relocate, we lost him in the care for our dentist, it was a very sad loss.”

“I recently received a crown at Anthem Hills Dental. The procedure consisted of two appointments, the first of which involved preparing the tooth, making molds for temporary and permanent crowns, and installing the temporary crown. The second appointment involved removing the temporary crown and installing the permanent crown. The procedures were performed professionally, painlessly, and the crown fits perfectly. The only 'hitch" in the process occurred when I missed the second appointment, frankly, because I forgot about it. Fortunately, the staff was very understanding and rescheduled the appointment a couple of days later. This was my first experience with Anthem Hills Dental and was positive in all respects. I consider them to be my family dentist for the foreseeable future.”

She gave me advice, tips, instructions, and made sure that I saw that she was using new, sealed needles and sterile procedures. She is passionate about helping others look and feel good about themselves, and it is apparent from the minute you meet her. My 2nd "touch up" appointment was included in the very fair price, and Paula made sure that I was happy with the results. I got the Powder Brush eyebrows, and wish that I had done this 40 years ago! They look amazing and I know it will save so much time each morning! This is one of the best things that I have ever done for myself, and I have no reservations what-so-ever about recommending Paula Moore.
