“My battery died in my driveway and they made it extremely easy to get service. The customer service representative was very kind on the phone and the call only lasted a few short minutes. The technicians were out within 30 minutes to test my battery. Unfortunately, the battery is completely dead, but it could’ve been worse! However, the price to buy one of their batteries was $215. I don’t agree with price gouging people who are in need....”
