“I had the pleasure of visiting this school a few years ago as a visiting teacher from Australia - The dedication of the staff and the high quality of teaching I observed brought me to the conclusion that this school and the standard of instruction is nothing short of excellent. The staff were very caring, and each of the activities I observed had the students fully engaged. Even after talking to the students, the random people that I spoke to took pride in their school and all said how much they loved it. I brought back home some wonderful classroom ideas from this school and look back at my time there with wonderful memories. From a visiting teachers point of view from Australia, I would highly recommend this school as being caring, engaging and the staff clearly strive for excellence and you can see they really enjoy their jobs which is also a reflection of a good school. A successful school must have happy teachers who enjoy coming to work each day, and this is what I observed. I would dearly love to come back to the school and pay another visit when I next visit the USA. The teaching staff I met were amazing and very welcoming. As a disclaimer, I have no commercial interest and nothing to gain from what I have written. It is my honest opinion and based on first hand primary observations. If I thought any differently, it would be reflected in this review.”

“My child finished all of Junior High and High School here (I had another with my first wife that went to public school) and the best part about the school was that the student body at Coral was well disciplined when compared to the student body at some of the other public schools. They wear uniforms, there weren't many fights, and there weren't many instances of drugs (only one that I heard of - LSD, but don't be fooled - Coronado is much worse). The biggest downside is that there weren't nearly as many sports and after school activities offered at Coral, which hurts college applications if you don't make an effort to find third party activities after school. Also, the administration turned over too much and was weak and inexperienced (with the exception of Ismail). The property is also small so the students don't have lockers. Most of the teachers were well above average when compared to the public schools (and so were the students' testing results). They were effective educators and they were always responsive and helpful the few times that I needed to communicate with them throughout the years. My child always had very positive things to say about most them. Overall, having experienced both public school and Coral, I would choose Coral. Hopefully, they will find ways to fine tune the details, keep some of the administrators, and manage out the bad teachers. Teachers to ask for: Ms. Gildner, Ms. Sloan, Mr. Deiz, & Mr. Rocchio. Teachers to avoid: Ms.Gill, Ms. Cooper, Ms. Alley, & Ms. Meuir”

My daughter is in 3rd grade and they do 4th grade work, not only my daughter struggling to learn, but this ridiculous amount of work on top is just too much! I don't have time to do her homework.... I am far too busy. Maybe it's for parents that don't work.”

This school has been more then helpful with my son coming from 3 different Las Vegas schools. We came from the East coast and it was so hard to find a warm and great teaching school. “It's my daughter's final year at Brown, and while there's some rough kids, in the main, she's had a wonderful experience. Her teachers have cared about her, and encouraged her to reach out and do better than she thought. She's been involved in choir and academics; had the opportunity to excel at Chinese. She's done her part, gone to school and done the work. She has really enjoyed Brown. Even the office staff has been really accommodating and friendly.”

“We visited St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for the first time last Sunday, August 25th 2018 and it was a wonderful experience! The church is large but felt cozy and comfortable. The artwork and design inside was really impressive with a touch of a Southwestern-style Mission-type church. The service was lengthy but didn't feel like it and the singing was top-notch! I gave this church 5 stars because it felt really great to be there in God's house! I would recommend this Church to anyone!”

“I always said I would not have my kids go to Basic because of it's bad reputation and had my son signed up for another school until we had issues come up with Transportation so we decided to try out Basic High School. We had such an Incredible Experience with the Staff helping him get Registered last minute and LOVED the counselor who made my son very happy to be going to this School. The IB Program is so exciting and my son really likes all of his Teachers. He is on his 2nd Year at Basic and doing Fantastic. He is in Forensic Science and Physiology which will give credits for college and is in the field of what he wants to do as a Career! I am very proud of his grades and how well he has been doing since attending this school! Proud Mom and Proud we decided to give Basic a chance!!”
