I had a very complicated case and he has been very patient and worked through everything through 2 different insurers and during the pandemic. Also the staff is very friendly and I've grown to know them over my 5 year tenure. Dr mai personally attends every single patient so you know your teeth are in good hands

(November 10, 2019, 5:27 pm)Dr. Mai and the staff are all so nice. At every appointment I get greeted at the front. Everything is quick and explained clearly. Whatever I may need the whole staff is there to help with.
(September 11, 2019, 12:20 pm)I had a great experience here. I went to several dentists and orthodontists for consultations before choosing one. Dr. Mai's office offered me the shortest treatment time and the lowest cost. They were also the friendliest. Dr. Mai, Vickie, and the whole team are great!
(August 12, 2019, 4:42 pm)We really love this office. I would say what completely wins us over is Vickie, who runs the whole show. She is very sweet, professional and caring. She makes every visit wonderful and comfortable. I would go there just for her lol! Otherwise, the location is good, service is great, my son enjoys his appointments. I do not have any complaints. :)
