Rich was very professional, he showed up on time, gave text updates regarding arrival. He’s very polite and does his job well. We’ve used Assured 4 x since moving to Vegas 17 yrs ago & 3 of those times were in the past year and twice we’ve had Rich. We can rest easy knowing that everything is shredded finely right in front of you at the convenience of them coming to your home, no lugging heavy boxes(unless you want to do drop off) and then they reshred their load even more once it gets back to warehouse…and there pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny. We highly recommend Assured Document Shredding, you can ask for Rich but I can tell you the whole staff is super nice as well!!

We had our Fall Garage Sale this past weekend and invited Assured out, along with some other donation trucks, to the community for our residents to use. They arrived on time and went to the spot we picked out for them. The gentleman that came out was so nice and friendly with our residents. He helped everyone with a smile and showed them how the shredding worked. It's also really cool that you can watch your documents being shredded. Everything ran smoothly with Assured and we will continue to use them in the future.

Friendly and professional interaction with Tarryn from Assured while scheduling my appointment to have several boxes of documents shredded. On the scheduled date, Michael was prompt & arrived within the 2 hour window he committed to. He was friendly, professional, and clean cut. The rig they use as a mobile unit was impressive. I had all my sensitive documents destroyed right in front of me leaving me with the satisfaction knowing nothing would be compromised. Thank you all for a great service.
