Visionworks Blue Diamond Crossing

I have been coming to this location for the last three years because of my horrible experience with the Vision works on Rainbow. A very kind older lady helped me sort out an insurance confusion that the Rainbow location could not figure out and I’m appreciative of her effort. She did not rush me nor give me the sense that I’m not worth her time. She worked with me until they were almost closed. This year, the process has been smoother because of their software update. Anna allowed me to choose my glasses without any pressure, and helped me get two glasses instead of one. She didn’t want me wasting my insurance benefits and she was right. Once the glasses arrived, Juan made sure that my glasses fit right and adjusted my glasses before I went home. I appreciate the effort of these people in ensuring that my glasses are not only functional but also comfortable.

I love this Visionworks location!!!! First off, Dr.Davis (aka the miracle worker!!!) This Doctor will make a recommendation, and listen to her. She made a recommendation on my contacts, where I need readers. And she was on point!!! I stand behind my review... This location from the Doctor's office, to the opticians.. you can't go wrong. I highly recommend this location!

They are always polite and courteous, make helpful suggestions, and very professional. They also display a high level of patience with kids and adults alike. They are wonderful when I go in for adjustments to my children's glasses.
