  This location was one of the best locations I have ever been to. Luis and Mayra were awesome and very polite. We needed an iPhone for my mother in law and they went out of their way to help us out and tell us the differences of each one and price ranges. Will definitely come here again.

  I wasn't even a Cricket customer but the two awesome employees outside talked me into coming inside and speaking with the outstanding store manager. I wasn't ready to switch yet but I did get some phone supplies from them and the manager gave me an awesome deal on them and I'd really appreciated it! Thanks for the great customer service you provided and when I'm ready to switch I'll most likely come back here!

  This store is always the one store that is ALWAYS able to fix any problem we have. Maura greeted me very nicely as soon as I walked in the door and Luis was the one who helped me to fix my problem and taught me how to fix it myself so I won't be bothered again. He also showed me a really nice phone that I could upgrade to. This store is THE BEST location in Las Vegas

  Alejandra is awesome. She was super informative and made me feel confident in my purchase. She didn't push past where I was comfortable spending and still gave me options. Her customer service was above and beyond. Her and Samantha were excellent even with a very difficult customer in the store.

  I want to thank the store manager Alejandra V. She was pleasant, kind and courteous. She was handling multiple customers and was still able to be genuine with each customer. I was amazed at her patience in dealing with a customer who had a speech impediment. Not once did she become agitated but did her best to understand and communicate with the woman in a kind and gentle manner. I can see why they have made her store manager. She genuinely loves helping people and it shows. Although she wasn’t able to fix my issue (because someone sold me a carrier locked phone) she was kind to me and even gave me a referral. Even tho I left without resolving my issue, I did leave feeling positive and encouraged. That is priceless these days. I recommend to anyone who looking for kind and compassionate customer service to visit this store.
