Sushi Twister

Not in the best location, but the sushi here is always fresh and delicious. I've never had a problem with my order. I love the variety of options they provide. If you're a sushi lover or are wanting to try some for the first time, this is a great place to start.

I’m from Chicago and when Itto Sushi closed it’s doors 10 years ago I was in a little predicament. It was the best sushi I’ve ever had and it was gone. They retired and I was left with only memories. Well the hunt began, and I was determined to find the quality and even though I ate at many sushi places nothing came close. There are tons of great places here in Vegas. This place was a great find after 10 years of searching. I love Saba (mackerel) this place is the only place in 10 years that came correct. Thank you for making my year! I am sure there are other places out there. I can walk here though.

Good food. Spicy tuna was as expected the baked scallop rolls were great. Hamachi was also very good so I think I'll get the chefs choice on my next visit. Even my wife "who does not like sushi" enjoyed one of their veggie rolls. Obviously take out given the current situation.
