“Rosario made certain that my check-in process was a breeze. He checked my online reservation, look to see if there was any additional discount plan, such as a free month. $30 a month is a great deal for a 5 x 5, at this location. Rosario showed me the locker first made certain that my disk locked fit the hasp. When we got back to fill out the paperwork, he explained the insurance. I felt it certainly was not a hard sell, like most other storage facilities. One of the best customer service interactions I have had in recent memory. I would highly recommend this facility!”
