Bought some flowers, candy and gifts many of times from Flowers By Michelle. I'm never disappointed. Amanda and Mary both went out of their way to make sure everything was great with my order. I called from Canada and spoke to a wonderful lady - Mary, who was so very helpful. We discussed what I was looking for. I had found an arrangement on a website that I felt would really be appropriate, she was able to link my order to the website and they built me a perfect arrangement that was delivered the next day. My friend was so pleased. Gorgeous arrangement, lovely fresh flowers. Thank you!

I ordered over the phone from Olive Branch MS. The customer service could not have been better.
I ordered a live plant arrangement and the plants were healthy and beautiful. The container was perfect for the arrangement. The crystal cross put in the arrangement was just the right touch. I ordered for the funeral of my daughter’s Dad and she was so pleased . I would not hesitate to order again or recommend to friends.

I called at last for a last minute delivery. I was greeted over the phone with great customer service. They listened and offered suggestions on what I was looking for. I was amazed at the delivery as it was delivered fast and came well before the projected time. The recipient was so overjoyed not only by getting flowers but how well they were arranged.
