AT&T Store

This is the most amazing cell phone store I have ever been in. I recently moved to Vegas and lost a phone within 10 days and Freddie and Carolina had me up and running in less than a day! So thankful.

Charles has been a breathe of fresh air. My YouTube app wasn't working on my old LG and I couldn't find my google playstore app either. Not only did he find it but he also got my YouTube back going in a flash. When I'm ready to upgrade I will be back in to come him. He is a real gentlemen and will be back because of him.

I got a couple phones for the kids and Fredric hooked me up. This has been one of the only times I’ve ever given a review because this is one of the only time’s I’ve been treated so well and just had an all around pleasant and honest transaction with a salesman. He was super friendly and gave me a great deal without the annoying up selling. I’m very impressed and thank you so much Fredric

After 2 hours on the phone with AT&T support techs who said my issue would be resolved in a couple of hours , it never was resolved so I went to the store at Montecito on north Durango Dr. Charles immediately knew what to do and quickly resolved my issue. I will go back there in the future if I ever have another problem. Thank you Charles.

Carolina helped me right away and was super nice and extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered ALL of my questions with very easy to understand answers. We will be coming to see her again soon to get my little one a phone. She’s the best!
