Only other computer repair store near me had a pipe burst, so after a long drive and way overquoted price I came here not in the best mood and not expecting too much as my whole day was dealing with bad customer service. To my surprise, the man working there was super friendly and knowledgeable, gave a quote $100 lower than the other store, and said he could have it back by the same night.

Unfortunately, my computer did have issues beyond his repair that I have to contact warranty about, but he’s actually the one that discovered the issues! I initially thought it was my RAM and SSD I installed but it was actually the pre-assembled CPU and motherboard. He called me back within an hour of me dropping it off and explained to me, and told me it’s ready for pick up. I went back later and he gave it back free of charge even for the diagnostics. After the whole terrible day and the headache of trying to get my warranty’s worth on the PC, it’s nice to go into this store and see good hearted and knowledgeable people. I will surely come back if I have any needs.

My Experience was totally Awesome. I would suggest anyone that needs an upgrade to Mac Air Pro ... Please go see Will ASAP. He will take care of all of your Computer needs.
