First time shopping here and I'm very satisfied with the service. The employee's are very knowledgeable and professional. They taught me about how I walk and how I displace my balance and weight when I take each step then selected a few shoes to try on based on that information. I ended up purchasing the Brooks glycerin which was a better fit and provided more support than the ghost 15s I had planned on getting originally.
Came in and the staff helped me right away to find a shoe that was best for how I walk/run. They checked the pressure points of my feet to get insoles that best suit my feet. Left with cute, comfortable shoes! Thanks Red Rock Running Co!
VIOLET!!! LIKE THE FLOWER!! This extremely helpful and awesome person made my first ever running shoe buying experience easy as hell. She was very informative of why my feet needed a certain shoe, as well as what insert or type of shoe I'd benefit from. I was looking for a nonslip work shoe. Nathan helped me find the perfect shoe. He checked my arches my size and my walk. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a Noka it fit like a glove. I have no buyer remorse for the shoes, insoles and socks.

When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Disney and her fellow team.
We spent a few minutes discussing what I was looking for in a shoe, and then proceeded to do a test stand to see what shoe would be best.
As I'm waiting for her to find some in the back storage room, I can hear two of the employees training a new hire. Having been in customer service before, I was ecstatic to see that. They really focus on the customer experience.
Disney was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Yes, you do pay a bit more for a pair of shoes. But you're paying for the right shoe.
