  Was able to do all the paperwork online and even received a call the next day to see if I had any questions. Getting to the location and being shown my storage space was seemless. Really great experience.

  Tara on Oakey and Decatur was amazing! She made my transaction smooth and she is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

  Tara and her team at the Oakey location were awesome! Once we got there to load our rented unit we thought we may need more room. A quick call to Tara and she assured us that she would be able to accommodate us with additional space if need be. Made loading our unit less stressful knowing we could get more space if needed. Thank you!!

  I had a very good experience with the young lady that help me. She has a great attitude and was very helpful. The cheapest price she could give me. I went to a lot of places before I went to this property. Way to high for a 5x5 everywhere else. This place was the cheapest for my budget. Thank you so much.

  Love the new look... and mostly love all the gentleman that work here. They are extremely nice, i actually go a couple times during the day because of there kindness and great customer service.
