(July 29, 2023, 8:44 pm)I went to use their key making kiosk. It didn't accept cash. So I figured I'd get a VISA gift card to pay. I only brought a $20 bill with me. The key would be much less than that. Well that's the lowest denomination you can get in a gift card. You also have to buy the card which makes it between $22 - 25. The ones you can choose the amount require activation and a lot of personal information. I was told it would ask for my name, address, and SSN. Why would it need my SSN? Unfortunately I had to leave without my new key. Cash money is fading out, but it is still needed in some instances. It would be nice to have both payment options until cash is officially phased out.
