OMG move here now! This is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. The management is extremely nice helpful and outgoing. We have lots of cool neighbors. One of my personal favorites is the gym especially at night it’s so refreshing to look over the strip as you work out. Then go up to the rooftop for some drinks by the fire side with friends. Oh yeah and don’t forget your gourmet coffee in the morning always fresh with lots of different flavors as well as hot chocolate. You’ll love it here tell them Lynne sent you. 😘

I love living here especially since the new owners have taken over, they’ve made the experience that much better. Between the gourmet coffee machine, the beautiful gym with the strip view, lots of fun outgoing neighbors and valet trash services it doesn’t get much better than this. On top of that management is wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out. Tell them Lynne sent you 😜😘😘

Pro: Such a quiet and wonderful oasis. Absolutely love the vibe and energy in this area. Especially the Clubhouse and rooftop lounge area. If you work from home, this place is the spot to be.

Norman was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and confident in my final decision. Norman followed up with me to ensure I understood all that we had discussed and walked through the next steps professionally.

The people at the office are so professional and kind, always make me feel welcomed and care for my questions. The amenities are great! Definitely a place to consider if looking to move to the SW.
