4 only because there was a miscommunication of services tendered due to a third party facilitator. It escalated quickly but it was due to someone else not relaying information correctly. The work is solid. Guy is pretty nice once you get to know him. Plus you can visit the Car Museum for free if you go through his shop.

We brought our Ford F550 6.7 diesel in after overheating through the desert, within the hour Mike had our problem diagnosed with the necessary parts on the way. Mike and his staff got us back on the road and back to the job site that same afternoon.

Michael is professional and works in a timely fashion. He was able to come out to my place of work and assess the problem with my Mustang. I truly appreciate that it took less then a hour for him to fix the problem. So with that being said , I have referred some coworkers over to Him and his staff.
