  These guys know their business! They placed my new upright piano in a room on the second floor of my house-- up 17 stairs! They have the skill and equipment, and they took their time resulting in no injuries to them, and no damage to my home or piano. I kept their contact info for future service since they proved themselves competent and conscientious.

  I needed experienced piano movers to move my 100-year-old upright grand into our new house from the garage. It was the easiest, quickest, and most professional piano move I've ever experienced in the multiple times I've moved this piano. They were friendly and most importantly, careful with the piano and had great communication with each other. Moving a piano is normally an ordeal, but they made it look so easy. And for their price, it's completely worth it. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of it for me. I truly appreciate it.

  Best service! Very professional
  I made the same day appointment. They came on time, and did very quick&professional moving.
  Unfortunately, there's a issue happened because of my mistakes. My friend tried to transfer piano money(2k)to me, but he transferd to the owner of the careful mover.
  Eric was super honest and helpful, he gave all of it back to me after I told him.
  I do appreciate his help and his amazing job!

  We've been thinking about getting the piano moved from my parent's place in Las Vegas to my place in Orange County, CA, but it seemed like it'd be so much hassle and expensive. I called The Careful Move and reached Erick and told him we were looking into moving a Yamaha C3 300 miles.
  
  He mentioned they had a truck headed that way that *evening*, and he could pick up the piano in a couple hours and deliver it the next day.
  
  Nineteen hours after I called him, the piano was set up in my living room.
  
  Erick was flexible and accommodating (we had to move the pickup time when my parent was delayed and wouldn't be able to make the initial pickup); unceasingly professional, and careful. When he and Ludwig showed up the next morning they used moving blankets to protect every surface the piano would be moving over; they had the right tools (multiple ramps in the truck to handle many different stair types, instead of just having one or two and brute forcing the rest). They were quick, knowledgeable, and helpful.
  
  It's a shame moving pianos isn't something I need to do frequently, because I'd love to be able to hire Erick and his team more often.

  Just had my Yamaha disklavier delivered and my old grand piano taken away. I’ve used the careful move in the past year to move and store my two pianos, a player upright and a grand. Top notch professionalism. Erick and his crew are extremely careful but make moving a 500Plus pound piano look easy. They are worth twice the price. Highly recommended.
