The items are good. The only one reason I took 4-Star is that I have no idea which company, the manufacturer of Ingersoll Rand or Tool-Smith, did not answer some inquiries... I feel the response is a bit slow and not really professional.

Purchased new 25hp compressor this month from Ingersoll Rand. I have had many good years of service from my older (13 years) Ingersoll but time has come to replace with a new model. The great team at Ingersoll in Bessemer have once again provided us with a great product.professional sales and service . Techs are very though and knowledgeable of the equipment they service. These guys made for an easy install, great after sale service and follow up, as well as customizing a service plan to fit the company’s needs for long term maintenance. I've used IR on a couple of different occasions. Always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions. I'm currently replacing a 20 year old IR compressor with a new one for an automotive shop. Nothing wrong with the old equipment, just needed something larger. It's hard to argue with a product that's worked flawlessly for 20 years. Very pleased with price and service from IR.

Excellent service. Dr Yu is always professional and dedicated. I love this office because they accepts walk-ins in case of emergencies or regular visits. If you have a bad tooth come right away to this dental office.
