Very Friendly, Very Helpful, Great Job . Update , it's Nice going in and feeling welcomed , Greeted with a friendly hello upon entering store. I knew what I needed , But , couldn't find it , but, a employee had just finished up with another customer and without hesitation asked me if I needed help and proceeded to help. It's service like this that will keep your customers happy, Thank You .

Actually I had the wrong hardware store. Sometimes an online price comparison is done AFTER an in store price check so you won't be presented with any information. I did get your hardware professional to make me some keys and help me get something to temporarily patch the outlets inside my home where silicone would be applied on the outside of my home at the same outlet/ siding locations. He wasn't very helpful until I made suggestions as to what might help keep the fumes from entering my home at these points. He was initially reluctant. The siding professionals did apply silicone a few days earlier at two outlet/ siding locations and the fumes came in very strong near those areas. I had used blankets to help cover up the fumes. They are harmful to my new bird. This is a very nice hardware store and the woman upfront is so genuine and nice. I will ALWAYS be back.

I had a much greater experience this visit. Sorry to the owner I recently gave some feedback that you asked to meet with me about. I chose to secretly make another visit before doing so. And was very happy at some of the staffs attitudes I did r see the person I first had the bad experience with. I'm sure he was having a bad day. Nobody's perfect. We all have bad days. And I didn t meet with the owner for this reason. You guys are great. Some sakes on spray paints would be really great in the future.

Best hardware store! They always have everything I need. Bought my Weber grill from them. Delivery and setup was very fast and professional! The thing I love the most about this Ace is that the owner Larry Gillio is always serving and giving back to the community as seen in this fundraiser I participated in at Ace for Habitat for Humanity.
