(April 23, 2021, 4:21 pm)I don’t do a lot of reviews; most businesses are par for service or product- they just are. However CampOut deserves this review. In December of 2020 I ordered a camper shell for my truck but I had a very specific deadline that it needed to be delivered and installed by, sadly, it didn’t arrive to us in time and by the time it did arrive, we had already left Las Vegas. So now to the part of my review that counts, not only did Chris finally get ahold of me, he was very understanding and apologetic for the inconvenience and misunderstanding between both of us. Rather than get upset, or disagreeable, Chris stood firmly on doing what was right and acknowledged the situation. This is what customer service is about. Not only do they have the best prices in Vegas, but the best customer service. I can assure you that I will be buying more products from CampOut and Chris in the future. Absolutely a 5 star business and I highly recommend them.
