(February 18, 2022, 9:12 pm)If I could give NV cars for less 6 stars I would in a heart beat! I had a great experience with Alvin and Rosa, they were so kind and friendly to me. Test drove my beautiful 4runner with Rosa and felt comfortable, not rushed to get back to the lot or pressured. I was really able to feel it out and make my decision, unfortunately my credit wasn’t the best, but Alvin took care of me because he knew how bad I wanted my 4runner and I am so thankful! Genuine, honest people now days are hard to find Alvin and Rosa are a true example that good people still exist :)
(June 4, 2020, 10:23 pm)I just purchased my second car from here, if that tells you anything. No one would talk to me because of my credit the first go-around, but Al worked with me for in-house financing, and voila! I had a car without breaking the bank! This second time, I got approved by an actual bank, and Al helped to make it happen, even while furloughed. He's an absolute miracle worker!
I've been happy with both of my vehicles. In fact, the first one I bought (a Honda Odyssey), didn't have working AC, which was discovered after signing papers. Al at NV Cars 4 Less had his crew install a new compressor before I took delivery and made sure it worked. WHO DOES THAT?!
If you're looking for that rare place and those rare people who won't yank you around in trying to buy a vehicle, this is the place! They're honest and helpful, and the customer service is excellent!
