  Everyone I talked to was friendly and very helpful. When an issue did arise, they took care of it right away and took the time to explain everything to me (yeah, I’m a newbie) and made sure my concerns were all addressed. I am very happy with this experience and will definitely be coming back for all my RV needs.

  Want to give a better rating but we feel that they have not been totally honest. We purchased a 2017 5th wheel toyhauler in November and when we looked at it we noticed the back door for the garage was not closing properly at the top when we mentioned it to the salesperson Ken he stated that it would be fixed before we take delivery. Well it was not and now we have the unit in the service department and now the service manager is telling us we have to pay for the repair. So wow not to honest. All other dealings with Blue Dog have been good and I would recommend friends to them, but not without warning them first.

  We waited a year to give the review because we wanted to give an experienced customer service review... they still get 5 stars! Jesse in parts is always eager to help, sales is on point willing and able to show trailers and reception is always eager to make sure you get a water and are fully taken care of. Everyone here always gives great advice and is willing to go above and beyond for us. They are our only Las Vegas RV people. Keep up the great work and we will see you next time we are down!

  Went in somewhat skeptical but left feeling like they "way" exceeded my best expectations. They installed a 2000 Watt inverter and a Victron 712 Battery Monitor as well as a battery shutoff switch. Tim in Parts was extremely knowledgeable as well as the Technician Shane who was not only knowledgeable but patient and explained a lot to me. They as well as Service advisor Dee, were very honest and forthright. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Las Vegas and will definitely return when I am prepared to add two additional batteries inside my travel trailer compartment. Great place to bring my Forest River R-pod.

  The entire experience with Blue Dog from sales to finance to orientation was excellent. Even when my brand new tow vehicle proved to be difficult they were flexible and professional. For a first time RV owner I truly appreciated the extra hand holding and understanding I received. Highly recommended.
