  Alfredo Rosales helped us through the process of buying our first home. Going in to the process I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what buying a home is like – but it wasn’t “quite” as simple as I thought.
  
  Alfredo may be the most patient person I know; he’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different. This ain’t his first rodeo and he seems to understand the flip flopping first time buyers go through. He seemed to always be available for my questions and sync ups when I was feeling under water.
  
  Throughout the whole process I felt like Alfredo had our back and he knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident he wasn’t going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time.
  
  I couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home

  When starting the process of buying our first home we came in a bit nervous and anxious. Alfredo made us feel like family. He took his time showing us house after house until we found the perfect one for us. If you want someone who cares for his clients and is there to make sure you are comfortable and getting a good deal on a house Alfredo is your guy.   Alfredo Rosales and his team are the best. They came in with a game plan, they had a direction. They communicated with me on everything from suggestions, options, and feedback. I had heard Alfredo on the radio one morning and decided to call him. He is for real. He not only delivers, but he delivers with quick results.
