This agency is a good agency. I recommend to anyone that has a discrimination.
I have to say, you guys go above and beyond to help people. Thank you for all your help. ?
After being ILLEGALLY evicted from the FAMILY ESTATE after 12years I was at my wits end & when I called I was greeted by a calming & helpful young lady who helped me get the forms & find some PEACE. I will be submitting my papers & update about the outcome. But I wanted to make sure that I commented on the initial contact with the Nevada equal rights commission because they were fair and helpful and they didn’t just brush me off like the courts have several times! They seem to really know about and more importantly care about the ADA laws.
I'm so thankful that this place exists! I never would have reached a resolution without these guys! Staff is super friendly and took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. It was worth the length of the investigation. I'd definitely recommend these guys to help! Plus I didn't even need to hire a lawyer!! THANKS NERC!!
I would love to share my experience and let the world know that hands-down they handle their business collectively Darryl was amazing walk me step-by-step through everything also it may have been a process but to be heard and know that someone out there he does want to listen to you is the greatest feeling and Fight for you unconditionally for your human right easy.Especially where we are today in this world it’s not OK to be discriminated no matter what race you are .Please know that these people are here to fight for us for you even though you think you’re not worthy at the moment find it in your heart to fight for yourself as I have WON my case. That’s all I ever wanted was to just be heard and I stand here probably today as a lead and women and on top of my lungs I was hurt thank you for everything you guys done
