Took car in for repair, the needed part was not going to be delivered till late afternoon, instead of making me wait all day Repair Envy sent someone to personally pick up my dealer part. For the inconvenience Repair Envy didn’t charge me extra from the price initially quoted, even though dealer part was more expensive! Thanks again Repair Envy for my VIP repair!
